Function for excluding ipv6 DNS responses when ipv4 responses are present

I use a transparent Tor proxy for ipv6 working through Tor bridges from the Yggdrasil network. I do this because my internet provider does not support ipv6. Obviously in this case ipv6 will work worse than ipv4 but then why sites are opened via ipv6 is not clear?

The policy is client side, in your client libc - and it's to always prefer IPv6 over legacy-IPv4.

Is there any way to fix this? Or in this situation the only solution is to get rid of ipv6?

Any reason to use Tor, instead of simpler options, like Hurricane Electric tunnel broker?

I want this regardless of the method used to access ipv6. Is it possible to do this in Python?
