i want to give away my Fritz!Box 7412, but I want to flash it back to Fritz!OS before.
How can I do that? The latest Imgae-File from AVM is already downloaded.

Download here the Recovery.exe of your Box https://download.avm.de/fritzbox/ Use the recovery, and you need to plug in the Router in you LAN Adapter than manually change your IP Subnet and Gateways to and follow the Steps
IP : 192.168.178.2
Sub : 255.255.255.0
Gateway :192.168.178.1
