Flashing openwrt one

Hello

I just saw that the openwrt 24.10rc2 image was available for the openwrt one.

Is this image: https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/24.10.0-rc2/targets/mediatek/filogic/openwrt-24.10.0-rc2-mediatek-filogic-openwrt_one-squashfs-sysupgrade.itb functional and is it possible to flash the openwrt one directly via luci?
Is it possible to install packages with this version?

Because currently a snapshot version is installed on my openwrt one and I can't install packages.

yes, just use the rc2 sysupgrade image.
