First time connecting to wifi network with captive portal. How to deal with per device auth key

I am trying to connect to a wifi network. It has a per device authenticating and a unique uid/pwd. I am trying to set my router up as a client to connect to that network and connect my PC/other devices to the router.

I'm following along with the tips here, but the link I get through my laptop wifi does not work on the connection through my router/client.

The URL is formatted as such:
https://auth.osmoziswifi.com/authentication?key=xxxxxxx

So how do I move forward? It looks like I need to spoof my Mac address? Perhaps something else?
