First line in a UCI file

Hello everyone,
I have got a question writing UCI files. In https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/base-system/uci#file_syntax, it says that the first line is supposed to state package 'example'. I didn't find this anywhere else.

Can this be considered as obsolete? In other words: Do I benefit from writing package 'example' in the first line of an UCI file and what could example then be for example? Should one use this clause?

It is simply showing the framework..."example" would be replaced with your entries.
