I assume you mean openwrt router. If that is the case they are displayed on the status page. Or from CLI via arp -a

ARP and IP command works in the gateway router but it does not work in the bridge router(gives all the device lists which are connected to the gateway router). Is there a way to find the list of devices that are connected to Ethernet ports only?

Not sure what you mean here. Generally arp will show any device it needs to be aware of to foward a package to that device means within the same LAN.
