Error during feeds update

I use the master version with apk, do you know how I can resolve the error with the new apk system?

It's a known issue, there's talks with upstream about fixing it. You can safely ignore it, it won't affect anything.

You already updated the package index.

The info text is just unnecessarily printed as error.
