Enabling namespace?

I did a search and couldn't find anything about this.

Does anyone know how to enable namespace in a build? I enabled namespace in the kernel_menuconfig but the build fails.

I'd like to see that namespace enabled by default, this will make it easier to use name space without need
to compile the image.
