Easy box 802 usb devices don't work

After change OpenWrt from 18.08 to 21.02 , usb devices don't work !
HiLink Huawei do not charge and don't work, other devices like usb flash dont work.
After back to 18.08 works.

Danube is seeing barely any usage/ testing, so regressions can happen…

The very least you should confirm as a first step though, is where the breakage happened, with 19.07.x or 21.02.x. Given the very limited developer- and device coverage for non-vr9 lantiq SOCs, you'd probably have to debug further from there, but you'd have to start somewhere to pin point the breakage point.

I think the problem is in power on usb port.
I conected Huawei HiLink modem and it do not loading battery.

It works only when power on , when all leds ON for 1 - 2 seconds.
Normaly in other versions Openwrt the second led from left is red and then power on usb port is active.

For my there is a problem with software openwrt, and don't turn usb port ON.
