DSL-2640B - restore CFE

Hi,
I have an old DSL-2640B with corrupted flash including CFE.
It does not boot, not recognize memory by using JTAG and the serial port is not working.

I desoldered the flash memory from DSL-2640B, download firmware from https://ftp.dlink.de/dsl/dsl-2640b/driver_software/ and fully erased and write using self made programmer. I checked the flash after write and is the same content as in the bin file.

Soldered back. The router still not working.
What i am doing wrong? What else i can do?
Inside the bin file i searched for some specific settings and didn't find anything (for example, there is no ip address like 192.168...). Shouldn't be present in the file?

Thank you!

How sure are you, that the device actually works on an electrical level? Are you sure, it's not "dead"? What happens, when you supply power? Any LEDs blinking or something else to indicate, that it may be attempting to start?
Are you sure, that the power supply actually works?

Last question: Are you planning to (attempt to) install OpenWrt on it? That might be difficult, since it's a broadcom device with either 4 or 8 MiB flash size...

The device worked before I tried to flash it.
When powered on, the power LED is on and for a short time all lan LEDs
When connect lan cable to any lan port, the corresponding LED is ON.
