Doesn't irssi support scripts?

I installed irssi. When I use /script command, It warns me “Irssi: Unknown command: script”. Does it mean it doesn’t support scripts? Or do i need to install an additional package?

It is built without perl support https://github.com/openwrt/packages/blob/b19c784ca488939daf5586ff567b36b198c7bd5e/net/irssi/Makefile#L48

If you want it with perl support you have to rebuild it down the road figurong out the dependencies.

Irssi with perl

Hy @micmac1 can you add perl in irssi openwrt package i need perl? i see you are working on freeswitch with perl. i have tried to make irssi with perl and failed. I'm currently using optware to run irssi with perl

perl should work i have rebuilt irssi and added perl. maybe you need to rebuild irssi

I probably won’t build because I can make mistakes and break my optimal OpenWRT system. By the way, do you use irssi theme? If so what is the theme name? Or are you using just a terminal theme? I would like to know the theme name.
