it's not.
it could however run a vendor SDK based on some old or semi old openwrt release.

There are several supported ZBT models but the WE-2001A is not listed as one. It may be similar enough to one of their other 8/64 MT7620 models that the same firmware could be used.
Note that unless you bought a special version, no LTE modem is included. There is a SIM card slot but it is not usable without installing a modem card in the presently empty modem slot inside.
