Please try this ipk: https://dev.melmac.net/repo/luci-app-https-dns-proxy_git-21.025.56469-7e07052_all.ipk. Make sure to select Quad 101 as the only resolver and test that it works properly with the included bootstrap servers.

Thank you for your contribution and testing, the updated IPK should be available in master, 19.07 and 18.06 repositories within a few days.
