i found TX and RX on board and connect via usb to ttl but need login user and password and i not have it and not found any where,the original usb port just access to sdcard

Are you saying that the device runs OpenWrt? Or are you trying to make it possible to install OpenWrt on this thing?
If it is already running OpenWrt, it is almost certainly a customized fork and not provided by the official OpenWrt project.

I don't believe that OpenWrt (from the official project) ever supported card readers of that type, so it's almost certainly a vendor specific fork.

i can add ether port to it by some module but pinout of this MT7688AN is different with datasheet, tx and rx pins is on other pins on datasheet.
How exactly do you intend to add a sim card and ethernet port? And have you started by identifying how much flash memory and ram that device has on board?

You do know that you can't just add an ethernet port directly to IO pins, right? You typically need other support components. How are you going to accommodate those devices?
