Disabling or locking lan port for specific devices

I have searched, but I can't seem to find a way to allow only certain MAC addresses on LAN ports. My router is located outside, so anyone can go up to it, plug in, and connect to my network. Therefore, I would like to preferably allow only specific devices. It's a 4-port router, with three ports used for IP cameras, and one port is unused. Is there a way to only allow these three devices to use the LAN ports while leaving WLAN unaffected?

Filter Internet access by MAC

Navigate to LuCI > Network > Firewall > Traffic Rules.
