Did I brick my ASUS GT-AC5300?

I had a Asus GT-AC5300 WiFi router with latest original firmware. My goal is to run the router on openwrt firmware, because the original firmware does not support wireguard. By mistake I uploaded the "openwrt-bcm4908-generic-asus_gt-ac5300-squashfs.bin" to the router by wifi.

Now I can't access the router, web gui or ssh. I tried entering failsafe mode following this description.
I had to try several times and button combination before I entered this page (se attached picture). I am confused about what to upload/update here. Do I upload "openwrt-bcm4908-generic-asus_gt-ac5300-squashfs.bin"-file again (by cable)?

Restore to original Asus firmware to obtain a reliable device.
If OpenWrt has been successfully flashed, than you must know that wifi is disabled by default. Hence you must use a wired device to connect and config.
