That's the auto-generated UCI configuration name of this dnsmasq instance.
If you add another one using "add" button at the bottom, you can name it as you want.
I only need one dnsmasq instance. So if I want to rename it I can do that with something like uci rename dhcp.@dnsmasq[0]='original'
and uci commit
. Any problems that would cause?
