Debugging an intermitent disconnection

Recently in the middle of a gaming session one PC's internet connection stopped working until we did a wifi diconnect and reconnect in windows. What steps should I take to debug this next time it happens?

FWIW this was fairly common before upgrading to the latest intel ax200 drivers on the clients. My archer c7 is running 19.07.01. The only customization I've done is to enable cake. My only suspicion is I could be approaching the 32 station limit based on the fact I'm at 25 right now and at the time there were more devices in the house. I didn't realize some devices connect to both 5GHz and 2.4Ghz at the same time until just now.

FWIW I looked in the system log visible via luci and nothing seemed different than the usual spam. But I don't know what I should be looking for.
