Debrick Sky SR102 with EJTAG
Fortunately, after a lot of trial and error, we found out where the problem is.
I realized that the problem is with the parallel socket of my system, which is the opposite, unlike the similar pictures, so it has not been connected to any base system at all.
No need to worry!
I did it this way and fortunately I got results. I am happy now

Practical tips:
If you receive the following error, don't worry.
Error: warning: TDO seems to be stuck at 1 ( Your router could not connect to the system at all)
100% of your connections are not correct, or maybe you didn't turn on the router, or maybe the GND connection is not established, or maybe you didn't tie TRST to VCC(V+)!
In short, try and be calm.
Don't listen to pessimists.
