DAWN Dual Band Steering

Hi

I am unable to find luci-app-dawn on the software center. Can anyone please guide me with regards to installing it. I user TP-Link Archer C50 V4.

I installed version 19.07.7

I understood that dawn is not available before 21.02, because it needs hostapd extensions for 802.11k (neighborhood report) that are not downported to 19.07.
