D-Link DWR-921 flash dump needed

Hi all,
if someone have full flash dump for D-Link DWR-921 C1 or C3 original or OpenWrt, please share.
I have Zyxel LTE3301-M209 and like to flash OpenWrt to it. Now I have D-Link DWR-922 brasilian Claro dump in it, but it cannot upgrade with OpenWrt factory.bin.
Like to test if DWR-921 dump allows upgrade to OpenWrt.

All OK, get it work forking original Zyxel dump bin file and flash whole chip. Only LTE is not working, look inside the modem and there was Qualcomm MDM9225 chip.
