I have install openWRT on Cudy X6.
I install the one from cudy website then updated to 22.03 .
But, sadly, my internet is far worse on openwrt than on cudy firmware.
Cudy FW= 550 mbps - ping 4ms
openWRT = 340mpbs - ping 12ms
I tried with an old TPlink router, and i'm closer to the cudy FW speed.
Any idea why?

The option was enabled by default. I turned it off, no improvement.

Just 21.02 snapshot.
Cudy X6 is supported since 22.03
First raw: Cudy FW
Second raw: openWRT
How does it perform with 21.02. Snapshot?
21.02 or 22.03 are exactly the same speed
Any other ideas?
The cudy x6 is a mt7621 device. Did you try turning on hardware flow offloading in the firewall settings?
