That's how my settings are just the part I don't understand
Cpu ? Are the processor settings correct?
R7800 directly wan port to ONT (ISP Req VLAN ID35) + 1 PC

Seems so, what are your problems - if any?
(those are not CPU settings, merely the switch ports (dubbed CPU ports) connected as uplink(s) to the SOC).
