this problem still persists and the above solution didn't work. even directly passing the flags to make didn't work like -Wno-format-security and -Wno-misleading-identations etc.
any thoughts?
i modded file feeds/luci2/luci2/src/io/main.c and it builded just fine, exactly on the line of error.
i ran this guide https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/single.package
mountd package fails to compile without error details using verbose though, and also /install fails.
i see dependency packages however i dont see any luci2.ipk file in /bin
