I have a friend in Japan that I sent a unit to and they cannot set to JP country code. The Global code changes to JP but the phy country code remains as US-FCC.
I can recompile if I missed an option, but am hoping it is just an issue with not selecting things in the Gui.
Note this is with the newest 19.07
