Code-Box Scroll Bar Doesn't Hide

I'm not sure this is "new", but the scroll bar doesn't self-hide in Chrome, macOS. Now, once you've scrolled the text, you're stuck with the bar, hiding the last line of code.

Refreshing the page seems to be the only way to remove it.

Confirmed for Chrome 71.0.3578.98

With Chrome 70.something the last line was not hidden by the scrollbar.
Anyway, shouldn't be a big issue since it can be resolved by simply refreshing the page.
