Client keep disconnecting upon enabling AP

Good Day.
I am using D-Link DIR-885L- A1, with OpenWrt 21.02.1 r16325-88151b8303 / LuCI openwrt-21.02 branch git-21.295.67054-13df80d.

Facing two issues:
1-Client keep disconnected upon enabling AP
( log and pics attached)
2-5ghz SSID is not visible to most of devices (with stock firm works f9, so no hardware issue, tried different frequencies, channels but nothing worked so far.

will appreciate help to get out of this issue.

If you want to have both a wireless client and an Access Point on the same radio there are some things to consider and it might be easier to install the travelmate package to automate the configuration.

i will try this, but i have another router, and never installed any additional package, that works fine, picture attached.

I tried travel mate, but fail to see new ssid/hotpot
