Can't restart NCM interface

I configured Huawei LTE modem to work as wan interface on LEDE Router.
Some times LTE connection can be droped, but LEDE don't reconnect. If I press Restart button on Luci - nothing happening. But If I press Stop and then Start - connection reistablished.
How to make automatic reconnect?
I has tryed to write bash script, but commands ifdown/ifup don't work on lte interface when connection dropped. How to meake Stop/Start from bash?
