I have the ax3000t but I trying to install using xmir-patcher as well, In the exploit part on run.bat I receive this Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi device not found (IP: 192.168.31.1)

What firmware version are you on, and what device version are you trying to "hack" ?
I'm on firmware 1.0.97, and RD23 device

Then you've obviously seen no 2 note about the 1.0.97 firmware, in the wiki ?
You need latest xmir-patcher from git, not some zip from “a friend”
It is not instant like on old xiaomis…. Just wait for script to finish, it races timings.
Run “script” command then run xmit patcher inside it (if not obvious - do not connrct any port to the internet)
What is this script command? also just to confirm, I'm only pluggind my pc directly to the router on cable, no internet, is this correct?
I dont know about powershell menu, linux way is just run ./patcher exploit, paste stok and press enter in other fields
