Hello,
I have an ISP provided router
I have a xiaomi 3g router with Openwrt
The ISP router won't allow bridge mode
Therefore, I connected the lan from port 1 of isp router to wan port of openwrt router
My isp router address is 192.168.29.1
Changed the openwrt router address to 192.168.30.1
Is this how is it done?
Here is the Wifi interface, is the network supposed to be lan or wan and wan6?

Also, wifi calling on my mobile is very erratic
Thank you
There are the interfaces
Is lan supposed to be static and wans dhcp?
Is there anything I am missing to configure?
everything looks good.
unless you don't need/want the double NAT, then it should be set up as https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/dumbap

Thank you
Is this supposed to be undefinded?

if you don't know what it means, you probably don't need it/shouldn't change it.
leave everything as it is, the defaults are fine

Do you have any idea why wifi calling doesn't work?

Why not
- get a standalone modem if you're on ADSL Draytek Vigor 120 for example, which are dirt cheap on ebay
- plug the WAN ethernet from your OpenWRT into this
- enter your user/pass on your router.
One of the great things with OpenWRT is the possibility to junk rubbish ISP kit and banish it from your network
If your on a fibre connection plus your OpenWRT router into the ONT

ISP has disabled bridge mode.
It is fiber broadband
If you don't need double NAT reconfigure your 3g as dumb AP.
Wifi calling will probably start working again, too.
