Can I route specific IP through OpenVPN?

Hi, sorry for bad English.

I installed and configured ProtonVPN and it works, but for all connections. I want to reach via VPN only specific IPs (for example, 52.87.58.180, 52.211.194.245). Is that possible or VPN works for all traffic only?

I'm not very skilled in these things, sorry.

Sadly can't install OpenVPN and VPN Policy-routing at the same time on my 8 mb device:(
