Bug in ulog or configuration issue?

Hi,

Installed 18.06.2 and when I want to use a log file with ulogd I get:

<7> ulogd.c:622 load_plugin: '/usr/lib/ulogd/ulogd_filter_IP2BIN.so': Error relocating /usr/lib/ulogd/ulogd_filter_IP2BIN.so: uint32_to_ipv6: symbol not found
<8> ulogd.c:1430 not even a single working plugin stack
Fatal error.

Is this a bug or is this configuration issue?
If it is a bug where and how do I report it?

Arno
Router: R7800

This looks like a packaging bug

Does that mean this is 'solved' in the next release?

Silly question: I read your post yesterday but how do I change status from unread to read?

Hi again,

Still got the same error on 18.06.4.

:~# ulogd -vvv
 <7> ulogd.c:622 load_plugin: '/usr/lib/ulogd/ulogd_filter_IP2BIN.so': Error relocating /usr/lib/ulogd/ulogd_filter_IP2BIN.so: uint32_to_ipv6: symbol not found
 <5> ulogd.c:843 building new pluginstance stack: 'log2:NFLOG,base1:BASE,ifi1:IFINDEX,ip2str1:IP2STR,print1:PRINTPKT,emu1:LOGEMU'
<7> ulogd_inppkt_NFLOG.c:552 unable to bind to log group 1
 <7> ulogd.c:813 error starting `log2'
<8> ulogd.c:1430 not even a single working plugin stack
Fatal error.

Configuration is OK I think. It works on another router model.

What can I do to make this (log to file) work?

Don't know how and don't know why but ulogd is logging now.
Did not reboot (uptime is greater than firtst log entry)
iptables script is started by cron.
