Bridge vlan filtering on 23.05.4 howto?

Hi all,

I upgrade my device to 23.05.4 without keeping the config.
now I need to setup vlan to make sure my iptv works again.
works well with old swconfig. but I didn't keep the config file for the old op version.

router 1 and 2 only have one cable connection.

I setup bridge vlan filtering on both router like:
please see the following image

all device under vlan1 works well.
but the tv can not connect to the modem iptv port.

is there anything wrong with the config?
or do I misunderstand the vlan config on the new version openwrt?

any suggestions, thanks.

  • Get rid of * in the LAN2-VLAN1 field so it says T instead of T*.

  • Put * in the LAN1-VLAN1 field so it says U* instead of U.

  • Put * in the LAN4-VLAN1 field so it says U* instead of U.

  • VLAN 2 is unused (only has a Local device). It's fine.

  • TV is connected to modem IPTV, at least the VLAN3 config looks OK.

  • xbox, steamlink, nas and PC are all connected, VLAN1 config looks OK apart from above. Assume there is an Interface on the Local device for VLAN1 with IP 192.168.x.y/24 + DHCP + DNS ? Maybe post interfaces and firewall screenshot too.
