helo me to have a bad flash

when i flash it and reboot ,router stuck on bootloop.

Anyone can give me a fix ?

Previous hardware revisions of that router had a tftp based recovery mode (see the OpenWrt wiki for the tl-wr1043nd), it's quite likely that this also works for your newer revision (wireshark can help with identifying the requested image name).
