good evening everyone what is the best wifi router for openwrt compatible telecommuting?
Do you recommend using luci app sqm and a static address + cake or luci app qos with express low priority, or nft over tables with bandwidth control,

There is nothing really special about teleworking, your router 'just' needs to cope with your WAN speed (which isn't quite a given beyond ~150 MBit/s) and your additional needs (e.g. SQM or VPN need relatively high requirements).
Probably the r7800 if you're using wifi.
If you don't need wifi the wrt3200acm is probably best.
Simply using cake SQM and not messing with qos or anything else will be all you need unless you're in a very unusual corner case.
