Backing up and flashing over JTAG cable

Hello, I'm new to OpenWrt and JTAG. I have the following cable to backup and flash TP-Link Archer C7. Can anyone confirm whether a Windows utility named TopJTAG will work for this? If not, what do I need to make this work?

No to dissuade you from learning JTAG, but are you aware that an Archer C7’s entire flash can be backed up and flashed while running OpenWrt?
