AX3000T not working, no LED

I have AX3000T. Router not working, no LED, working only UART.
UART give me a message:

It's any way to recover this router or only flash programming via external programmer?

MTD device ubi not found, ret -19

In this post, there was a similar issue with a configuration like yours (custom "OpenWrt U-Boot" bootloader + Winbond chip):

I did not find the following information in the description and warnings... After flashing the router with software ...47 stock and WINBOND microcircuit.... After flashing U-BOOT and snapshot, the router stops showing signs of life after rebooting. It does not receive IP, the LED does not light or blink, does not respond to the reset button, does not enter recovery mode.
