My home network, and that includes a QNAP NAS, is dualstack IPV4/IPV6 and works fine.
Upstream IPV6 is provided by he.net, also working fine.
Now my problem: I want to avoid sending torrent traffic of any kind through he.net.
So far my solution has been to give the NAS a static IPV6 address from the local pool, instead of using the /64 for the corresponding lan segment. At the moment I do not need to allow external access to my NAS, so this suits me.
Is it possible to do better than this? Like having a normal address and still filtering torrents somehow?
