i don't think that device is able to work at 160 mhz, it should be similar to my zyxel ngb6617.

with your router with an 80 mhz channel what speed can you reach?

867 Mbps for 5 GHz or other speeds?

in theory yes. but you need be close to the ap, and the client need be 2x2 radio too

in the best conditions what speed were you able to reach?

just connecting to the 5Ghz network or doing 2.4 + 5Ghz?

i cannot help with that, i don't have a great internet connection so my info are not helpful for you.
anyway for speed you need find a clear channel on 5 ghz.

thanks anyway for your comments

I would leave the post as still unresolved hoping for someone
can you give me feedback on the speeds I should expect
if i had to optimize wifi connection

Channel Utilization: 20/40/80 MHz, 5/10/20/40 MHz

You were given an answer already. You can't make a 80 MHz device do 160 MHz.
