Attaching USB device to an specific /dev/ttyUSB

Hi, I have three USB modems working together with mwan3 but every time I need to reboot the router I have to manually edit every interface to match with /dev/ttyUSB routes so I need to find a way or script to attach every modem to an specific route.

Sorry for my bad english I hope I could have illustrated my problem the right way.

Any help would be appreciated.
