Archer C6V2 traffic rules not applied after Save and Apply

Hello,

I have configured some firewall rules to apply at a specific time and all was fine.
One week later I decided to add more time (for example instead of stopping the traffic at 9pm I stopped it at 10 pm (apply and save) but it still stopped at 9 PM. (I restarted the router and it was fine after) So, I thought that it was a problem only with the time.
Yesterday I decided to disable the rule (in the afternon). (Save and Apply) But at 10 pm the connection stopped. Changing something in the rules and Save and Apply didn't help either. I had to restart the router. So I guess something doesn't work with the Save and Apply and you must always restart the router?
Router : Archer C6V2
Firmware : OpenWrt 21.02.3 r16554-1d4dea6d4f / LuCI openwrt-21.02 branch git-22.083.69138-0a0ce2a

A firewall restart after setting changes is the rule to go by.

I thought that the Apply did that.
To now I know it is not the case.
