Archer C50 v4 device pages require updating

hi, the main wiki page for C50 v4 wrongly reports 'Current release' and 'Supported current release' in the tables, as snapshot only, when in fact 19.07.0 is available.

Similarly, the warnings at the top of the techdata page require removal

I don't know how one would go about correcting above errors.
