AP mode Wi-fi 6e or Wi-Fi 7 m.2 card w/ 6 Ghz recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a m.2 card that supports 6 GHz in AP mode?

Unfortunately, I purchased a MT7922 which doesn't seem to support more than 1 frequency at a time (2.4 or 5 GHz but not both) and also doesn't support 6Ghz in AP mode.

I used the MT7922 to upgrade my FriendlyELC NanoPC T-6 and it works ok, but I'd really like to have the 6GHz in AP mode.

Money isn't an issue, as this little guy is my travel router and is used very often.

If there is an easily decipherable list of support m.2 cards, I can just take a look there if someone can share the link.

Thanks!

If you are in US then you can not have AP in 6GHz.

I travel internationally. It would be nice to have.

However, I could have sworn

Thank you! I think this is what I've been looking for.

Why is it my tp link AP supports 6ghz then?

Is there a regulation I'm not familiar with?

Only take as true what the WiFi Alliance indicates, which it supports with references to the legal documentation of local regulations.

US allows the whole 6 GHz band.

I messed up. I didn't realize the dimensions of this card are not the same as a typical m.2 wifi card. It won't fit.

It is conditional access, you have to acquire ticket via fcc web service.

I'm going to try this out with the PCIe adapter in a PC. Just need to find an antenna. Any recommendations?

AsiaRF sells antennas, too.

:see_no_evil_monkey: sorry, you are right, AsiaRF has 2250!

And NanoPC-T6-LTS needs 2230 ...

Yes, i actually posted pictures of this problem (and a solution) before:

Decided against this. By the time I pay for shipping might as well buy a Xiaomi AX300T off aliexpress.

I found a M.2 key E extender on Aliexpress. I’m going to attempt to extend the 2030 m.2 slot and 3D print a custom bottom lid to accommodate the 2050 m.2 card.
