"allow overwriting of conflicted package files" implications

I am trying to install
luci-app-attendedsysupgrade

This is the first package that I am installing, (I guess I only have the packages that were provided in the initial bin.
For this install, the package manager will have to install 2 dependencies,
attendedsysupgrade-common
rpcd-mod-rpcsys

My question is
at the bottom, there is a checkbox, "allow overwriting of conflicted package files"
should I check that box? I am NOT clear on the implications of doing so.

No, don't check it. That's only for very special situations, and probably should be hidden behind an "Advanced options" button or something like that.
