Installing and Using OpenWrt

I am new to OpenWrt and trying to install OpenWrt in AirTight / Mojo C-75 for the first time. AP was supplied by an ISP and their contact is over a few years ago. I just reset the AP and trying to follow the tutorial AirTight C-75 OpenWrt installation but my problem is that I cant see this "Hit any key to stop autoboot:" when I run the AP in the console and also I cant see any login prompt.

Already I referred that link. I am stuck at point no.4. "Power on the device and when prompted to stop autoboot, hit any key". I cant see stop autoboot prompt.

Tried restoring OEM to defaults and then flashing, likely hold down spacebar to serial during start....

No luck, I feel factory reset is also not working, orange LED is continuously blinking in the Power. Is it already running with OpenWrt firmware?

See the running config and even I cant see the login prompt.

garbage before the kernel fires, would indicate diff port speed's used by the boot loader.

Thank you for your tip. You mean baud rate, I used 115200 as recommended by the OEM.

These chips are on the other side of the board.

Edit:
BTW: first fix the visibility of outputted characters, probably there's custom baud rate set or (unlikely) Your serial cable/adapter is broken in some way. After, if You can't interrupt auto-boot, use aforementioned steps.

Can anyone help me to find the custom baud rate or any other alternate way to install OpenWrt in this AP.

I hope there is no issues with the console cable as I am using the same cable for Cisco Switches config.

When I tried to sort the 2 pins, AP is not booting

You just rtry other rates until output makes sense?
