After disabling DHCP for LAN, router doesnt response more!

i wanted to make a WiFi-Bridge and installed relays and luci-proto-relay as this tutorial:
https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/relay_configuration
but after first step, now the router doesnt response more! i disabled DHCP for LAN interface and it happend! :frowning:
now i can not connect even in safe-mode to router. No normal 192.168.1.1(Browser) and No safe-mode possible!

im using TP-Link TL-WDR4300 (ar71xx) v1.6 OpenWrt 18.06.4
WinSCP and PuTTY (i have no linux)

Any idea?
thx

Hardcoding a static IP address out of the 192.168.1.0/24 range (so e.g. 192.168.1.187) should allow you to connect in failsafe mode.
