One last thing (if I haven’t had enough help as it is) what I want to do is turn the router into an extension of my main router Access Point(AP) I already have another router successfully doing this already I have a cte5e already running to the router and I'm connected to the WAN port, but on the OpenWrt firmware there is plenty of radio settings (a little confusing) but I can’t find Access Point(AP) in the main router settings which would put the DHCP to static the LAN’s are also used for a couple of devices and the rest are on WiFi the main router’s DHCP assassins the IP address, did do a search before asking can’t find nothing appropriate.
Consider reading documentation for wifi and it's config and you'll be able to set it up.
Look for WDS or relayd to configure it.
