just one final question I hope didn't bother you, does it need to flash the sysupgrade two or more times to get it done, and how to check if sysupgrade is applied ???
Wouldn't it make sense if ofdma is not used at all if there is e. g. one ax device only using bandwidth at a certain time? And even if you have more clients you need to create a lot of traffic to make it necessary. If you cannot create enough concurrent traffic the whole band(width) is used by one client at a given time. So the decission to assign tones is made dynamically by the AP (I think!; I don't know for sure).
To do sysupgrade for sure you have you stop wpad. Right now you are trying to do sysupgrade on same version - I don't know why?? But next versions will have higher kernel or revision.

So you suspect that DL OFDMA is actually not working? Have you seen these counters ever working as expected? And what is option 10? If you can elaborate a little bit, that would be nice.

That wont do anything as sysupgrade was failing since hostapd couldn't be killed due to ath11k taking forever to stop
Update pushed as 5.10.76 was merged and that allows to drop some backports.
I have added the clock driver conversion to parent_data as well since that is gonna get sent today upstream.

On both AX3600 same error directly on boot (was not there on privous build). But Wifi and LAN works it seems without issue. Will let it run a while.

What is the hash you built from?
Sorry for that! This was my fault! I did just a git pull as usual. Didn't use the vanilla build first. Thought it will work like last builds. 
Now it looks like I've forgotten a "make clean" to me. 
Vanilla build does not have this issue!

I am now seeing some issues with the clock driver conversion, will revert that for now.
The prebuilt release has also been deleted to prevent people from losing access or boards hanging.
