What is the best way to do that?
All APs are Zyxel WSW20s. First AP (AP1 as router) is connected to cable modem, and other two APs are connected by wire (AP2) and wireless (AP3). All APs should provide same wlans (SSIDs net2 and net5). Also APs are to provide ethernet from lan ports.
AP2 as a dumb AP:
AP3 -- check out mesh (802.11s), or otherwise use either WDS or relayd:

WDS/ 4addr would be the best option for AP3.
