But it does not show the 5Ghz radio...

Does anyone have some time to show me how to get it working?

5Ghz chip is MT7613AEN

In the dts files of similar devices there is just

I would like to understand what else I could check.

I took the Wavlink WL-WN570HA1 file as template.
partition layout fits

reset gpio 38
lan led gpio 43
wlan led gpio 44 (my unit has a wire soldered between 2.4 and 5Ghz LED, both LEDs are connected at gpio44)

added the following packages to start the 5Ghz radio:
kmod-mt7615-firmware kmod-mt7615e kmod-mt7663-firmware-ap

5Ghz is now working!

The original bootlog seems to indicate, that the 5Ghz NIC is connected via PCI.
Do you see the device visible in the list of PCI devices in your Openwrt FW?

Did you verify with lsmod, that the kernel module is actually loading?

5Ghz is working with the packages from my last post!

i am about to test it in my mesh right now.

DFS is unsupported on the MT7613 radio with OpenWrt!
